If your order value is below 60.00$ shipping costs are 7.00$ .
If your order value is over 60.00$, shipping is free.

Shipping Time

After we receive your order, your order is under processing for 3-7 business days. Once it is processed, it will get marked as completed and you will receive your tracking number via email. From that point on the actual shipping time begins.

  • The shipping table got updated last time on the 7th of August 2022.
  • Shipments to islands or regions outside the main country may not be sent with the specified courier from the main country. Instead, attention must be paid to the “Rest of the World” shipping time.
  • It is currently not possible to ship to American Samoa, Bahrain, Brazil, French Polynesia, Guam, India, Mauritius, Mexico, Nepal, Northern Mariana Islands, Reunion, Serbia Venezuela, and Barbados.

We are able to offer you free shipping once you reached an order value over 60.00$. If your order value is below 60.00$ you have to pay additional 7.00$ for shipping.

All items of you order will be shipped in one package. In some rare special case it might be shipped separately. In this case you will receive two separate tracking numbers as well.

Will my shipment come with a tracking number?

Every order & shipment will come with a tracking number. You will receive the tracking number via Email once your order is marked as completed. The time until your order is marked completed varies between 3-7 business days. Check the tracking status continuously, so that you don’t miss out to accept your package. To help you to stay up to date with your order status, we’re providing Email-tracking-notifications. To access the current tracking status please fill in the tracking number, that you’ve received per email, on this page. You are also able to access your tracking information on the Order-tab on the My-Account page.

Need to contact local courier. Determine the local courier's tracking number (4PX or Yun Express shipment)

For customers who have 4PX or Yun Express shipments that experience any in-transit package concern and your tracking information already showed that your order is at the destination country, do know that there will be a local tracking number for your package that you may use to get more information when you want to contact the local courier.

To make it clear, orders shipped via 4PX or Yun Express will have two tracking numbers as it transits internationally and locally.

For the first one, you will receive the 4PX or Yun Express tracking information on your email address once we completed the processing of your order.  Please note that this will be your international tracking number.

For the second one, your package will be handed to the local courier after it arrives and got checked by customs in the destination country. They will handle it up to the end delivery. The local tracking number will be available and in case you need it to follow-up your package, we provided an example to show you how to determine what it is.

The local courier available varies in the destination country and also of the customer’s shipping address area. Of course, we can easily assist you on every step. So in the situation where you need help, you may contact us here.

This is useful in case you want to follow-up with the local courier about your package’s transit or if any concern arises. See the example below to know how to determine the local tracking number.

Step 1: Visit the official tracking website of 4PX or Yun Express and enter the tracking number provided on the shipment notification email.

Step 2: Check if the last mile delivery tracking is already available. This will be the local courier’s tracking number.

Step 3: Go to 17track.net or to the official local courier’s website to track your package.

For customers who have concerns with their in-transit packages and have China Post, EUB or other logistics as their couriers, please contact our support on this email in order for us to assist you properly with the issues that you are experiencing.

My package got returned

If your package has been returned, please get in touch with your local courier or customs office to confirm why the package got returned and ask for advice on how to get your package redelivered. If the concern is not solved, do reach out to our support team so that we can assist you properly with the return to sender (RTS) situation.

All shipments that return to our warehouse because of the incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts (i.e. the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent, we will notify the customer via Email to arrange a reshipment. All reshipment’s incur handling fees plus reshipment fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.

It is past the estimated delivery time, where is my package?

If your package does not arrive in a timely manner, it might be held by customs or your local courier’s or post’s office. Please check them out first, and if the parcel is still nowhere to be found, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Where does Fashion Chingu ship from?

All orders are processed in China and shipped from our warehouse in Wuhan.

Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?

When ordering from Fashion Chingu, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country and Fashion Chingu cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.

Will I receive a refund if I refuse the shipment when it is delivered to me?

If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.

What is your return/exchange policy?

You are able to send the item back to us within 30 days after you received your items. Please get in contact with us and you will get further information about the return address. Please always provide your order number in the email so we can process your inquiry as fast as possible.

The shipping costs of the return or exchange to our warehouse in China have to be beared from the customer themself.

My jeans/pants do not have an an already-cut button hole

Some of our pants and jeans do not have an already cut buttonhole. A couple of our suppliers do this to show you that no one has worn or has tried it on yet. Your jeans is not defective or similar. You can easily cut the hole in the designated place with a nail scissors.

Orders

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation or Change in size or color request must be requested immediately after placing the order if you changed your mind not to proceed with your order or if you would like a change in your order. We can honor a cancellation request as long as the parcel is not yet forwarded to our logistics partner.

Once you receive notice that it is shipped and you have intentions of cancellation or changes, contact our support team to ask if it is still possible.

How will I get my refund for canceled orders?

Refunds for successfully canceled orders or out-of-stock items will be processed immediately, based on the payment method used. The refund process and time period are different for each payment method.

Credit/Debit Card. Payment will be credited to the card used within 5-15 business days depending on your bank/card provider’s processing days.

PayPal. Payment will be credited to your account within the day.

Change order detail request

If the payment has already been done, please contact our support team and ask for assistance. We are willing to help you change the order details, like removing some products that you want to cancel or changing the size or variation option

Why is my order still in processing?

Though it is said that we need 3-7 business days of processing time, there are times when the preparation before actual shipment might take longer since it also depends on what item you purchased and due to extremely high demand for some of our products.

Shipping address concerns

You cannot change the shipping address manually after the payment is done. But have no worries! Our support team will help you change the address if the package has not shipped yet.

Once it is shipped and in transit, we cannot update the shipping address anymore. You might be able to change the shipping address once it arrives in the destination country and is handed to the local courier. You can coordinate with them about it.

Which size is the correct size?

All our sizes are stated in Asian-Size. To transfer Asian Sizes in i.e. EU-sizes (or Australian, UK. etc) please visit the product page and check the “Size Guide”. At the end of it you will find a Size Conversion Chart which let you convert the Asian Size in the size from your country.

Every product has an individual size chart?

If you check the Size Guide on the product you will see always different measurements for every product. We want to give our customers the best possibilities to choose the right size.

We highly recommend to compare the measurements from the Size Guide with your own measurements before ordering.

Are these women or men sizes?

Most clothes are women’s sizes. But don’t worry if you are a man the most sweaters and shirts are gender-neutral. That means that, whether you are a men or a women, if you check your measurements you should be able to find the right size for you.

Kids/Teens Sizes

As of the moment, we do not have kids’ clothing but if you base it on our size options and guide, you can see that we have Asian sizes so they are typically smaller than the US sizes. With this, some of our sizes can already fit some kids depending on their growth measurements.

Payment & Currency

Currency conversion is disabled until further notice. All orders will be invoiced in US dollars.

If you are in a country that has a currency other than US dollars, PayPal or your debit/credit card provider will do the conversion, however, some providers may charge a fee.

Currency

The amount to pay will be charged in US-Dollar. Other currencies which are displayed in our store, (i.e EURO or Pounds) are only for reference and a very close estimation of the actual price. On the checkout page, you will see the actual purchasing price displayed in US-Dollar. If you live in a country  with a different currency than US-Dollar, your Credit Card provider or Paypal will transfer the money automatically in USD. Keep in mind, that some banks might charge additional fees when paying in an overseas currency.

Credit Card/ Debit Card Payments

We support almost any kind of credit or debit card.  You can pay with any kind of  Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover or American Express.

Can I pay with someone else's credit card?

Yes. For security reasons, however, our Accounting Department may contact the rightful cardholder to verify the order and the identity of the cardholder.

Can I change my payment method after I've placed an order?

Currently it is not possible to change the payment method after you’ve placed your order. We debit your credit card or PayPal account directly after you’ve placed the order.

If you wish to change the payment method you’ve to get in contact with our support team. They are able to issue a refund to your originally used payment method (as long as the order is under processing  (3-7 business days)) and then you’re able to order the same items a second time.

Can I use more than 1 credit card for my order?

No, we only allow usage of one credit card when checking out. When placing separate orders, you are free to use a different credit card.

PayPal

There are two ways to pay using PayPal: Normal Checkout and Checkout with PayPal.

Normal Checkout

  • After placing items in your Shopping Bag, hit the “Checkout” button.
  • At the “Payment” stage in the checkout process, choose PayPal as your payment option.
  • Click on the yellow PayPal button
  • You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Login to your PayPal account and click “Pay.” If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to open one, simply click “pay by credit/debit card” and you will be able to pay without a PayPal account.
  • Click “Continue” to return to Fashion Chingu.

Checkout with PayPal

  • After placing items in your Shopping Bag, hit the “Checkout with PayPal” button. Alternatively, you can use the PayPal button directly on the product page
  • You will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can review the order summary.
  • Complete the checkout process at PayPal.com and confirm your payment.
  • You will be directed back to the Fashion Chingu order confirmation page.

If some or all of the items in my order are cancelled due to availability issues, will I receive a PayPal refund?

Our customer support will automatically process a PayPal refund if an order is cancelled or partially cancelled due to lack of availability.

PayPal handling fees

Fashion Chingu will bear PayPal handling fees for customer orders or refunds.

PayPal error

The most common reason for the error is that your shipping and(or) billing address saved in your PayPal account has some kind of problem. Please contact PayPal and ask for further assistance.

Are the clothes original brand clothes?

The clothing we are offering, if not stated differently on the product page, are not the original clothing.

Since you probably know the original clothes are hella expensive we made it our mission to  provide similar-looking clothes that are affordable for everyone.
