Came dirty and wrinkled

I got this top in white. The top is only in one size, I was a bit worried but figured it would be fine since the top looked a bit long. Once I tried it on the length in the arms was fine the length to cover the chest area was the problem for me, it ended just under where my bra did and when I raised my arms it would ride up. I cant bend over and let my arms drop either cause the top will show what it is supposed to cover. It came with 2 pieces the top and the string, that is not an issue, the fact that it came all wrinkled and has some black stains on it is what bothers me. It’s a bit thin but not to worry some, just wear something underneath. The zipper is located on the side and goes up into the right arm, weird location to put it and would need help to zip it down. Other than those issues the top fit fine and was nice just too short for me. The fabric was fine as it was comfortable to wear.
