If your order value is below ₱3,241.77 shipping costs are ₱378.21.
If your order value is over ₱3,241.77, shipping is free.

Shipping Time

After we receive your order, your order is under processing for 3-7 business days. Once it is processed, it will get marked as completed and you will receive your tracking number via Email. From that point on the actual shipping time begins.

• Shipping table got updated last time on 13th. January 2022.
• Shipments to islands or regions outside the main country may not be sent with the specified courier from the main country. Instead, attention must be paid to the “Rest of the World” shipping time.
• It is currently not possible to ship to: American Samoa, Bahrain, Brazil, French Polynesia, Guam, India, Mauritius, Mexico, Nepal, Northern Mariana Islands, Reunion, Serbia Venezuela, Barbados.

You can easily return an item within 30 days after you received the parcel. Once our warehouse received the item your money will get refunded. If you paid with PayPal you will receive your money most likely within 24 hours. If you paid with credit card or some other payment method it might take up to 7 business days. Please be aware that you need to bear the shipping costs back to our warehouse in China.

   3. Reason for requesting a return or exchange (Defective Item Exchange, Size Exchange, Unwanted or Unopened Item Return, Defective Item Repair)
