Still are returns & exchanges a thing because of a wrong size or the item is not as expected.

You can easily return an item within 30 days after you received the parcel. Once our warehouse received the item your money will get refunded. If you paid with PayPal you will receive your money most likely within 24 hours. If you paid with a credit card or some other payment method it might take up to 7 business days. Please be aware that you need to bear the shipping costs back to our warehouse in China.

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when contacting our Customer Service Department:

  1. Your order number
  2. Product name of the item you wish to return.
  3. Reason for requesting a return or exchange (Defective Item Exchange, Size Exchange, Unwanted or Unopened Item Return, Defective Item Repair)
