It is generally not possible to payout your store credits. Exempted from this rule are refunds to store credits due to out-of-stock issues.
If you received notice that you were given store credits because of an out-of-stock situation you may request to payout or get your store credits refunded to your original payment method if you wanted. Make sure to inform our support team within the next 14 days since you were notified of the store credits to get the refund processed. In case of a refund to your original payment method, your store credit will be canceled.
