What is your return/exchange policy?

You can send the item back to us within 30 days after you receive your items. Please get in contact with us and you will get further information about the return address. Please always provide your order number in the email so we can process your inquiry as fast as possible. 

The shipping costs to return or exchange back to our warehouse in China will be the buyer’s responsibility. 

If your items arrived damaged please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll assist you with this incident. 

Please do not return your package to the sender’s address on the package. This is not the return address and will have an impact on how your return is handled. Even if you use your own mailing method, you must send it to the address on the return instructions we provide.
