These jeans came with many of the seams being ripped or not fully sewn all of the way. The zipper also came broken, as well the button loop not even having a hole cut out to put the button through. I actually ordered a size up from my usual size after checking the measurements, as I was worried they would be too small, but the jeans wouldn't even go past my lower thighs. Really disappointed because I was excited to wear these and they're unwearable.

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We are so sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. Please know that some of our jeans and pants don't come with buttonholes that are already cut. Some of our suppliers do this to show you that nobody has worn or tried it on yet. Your jeans are not broken or otherwise flawed. A pair of nail scissors makes it simple to make the hole at the specific spot.

As for the fit and quality issues, we are truly sorry for failing to meet your expectations. Of course, it should not have happened that you received the item in this condition. We will also be double-checking the sizing with our supplier if the measurements are truly not on point with how it is supposed to fit.
