Poor customer service. Very unreliable.

I did not receive this item. And if I did not raise the issue, no one will tell me that it was not delivered. Poor customer service. Took a long time for them to figure out that there was an issue.

Our sincerest apologies for failing to reach your expectations. We do appreciate that you have informed us of your concern by leaving a review. We understand your frustration and disappointment with your order since we encountered some difficulties with the items you ordered. The processing did take a longer time than our estimated 3-7 days of processing because we were waiting for our supplier of this hat to send us our stocks. After some time of waiting, we decided to ship out the sweater that was ready first while we wait for the stocks of the hat to arrive. We did not want you to wait much longer with no items received.

Unfortunately, after following up a lot of times, we did not receive the hat. With that, we have refunded the out-of-stock item. Our support also informed you of the refund when it was processed. Again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience.

We will reach out to you again shortly to clear up the situation. We look forward to this chance in making your experience much better.
