Currency

Your bank account will be charged in the currency you selected. Right now you have the option to choose between USD and EURO.

If you live in a country with a different currency, your credit card or Paypal or local Bank will transfer the money in USD/EURO.

Credit Card Payments

We support the most common credit cards. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

PayPal

PayPal is easy as you know it. We will bear all the handling fee’s for PayPal for you, so you don’t have to pay additional.

SOFORT

SOFORT commonly used by customers in Germany is a payment method to pay in EURO. It is also available for customers in Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain and Italy.

iDEAL

iDeal is also a payment method for paying in EURO. It can be used if you have a valid billing address in the Netherlands.

Shipping Time

The shipping time worldwide is round about 15-25 days. After we receive your order you will receive a tracking number within 3-7 days. From that point it takes additional 7-15 days. In some countries it is faster for example in Singapore.

Shipping Cost

We are able to offer you free shipping once you reached an order value over 35 USD. If your order value is below $35 you have to pay additional $10 for shipping.

Not shippable countries

Any country in Africa, Bahrain, Somalia, Iraq, Iran, Saudi-Arabia, Oman, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Syria, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan

Tracking

You will receive the tracking number via Email after you placed your order within 3-7 days. Please check the item status continuously, so that you don’t miss out to accept your package. You can see the tracking information right here. 

My package got returned

All shipments that return to our warehouse because incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts (i.e. the recipient is unavailable) or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent. When we will receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify the customer via Email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipment’s incur handling fees plus reshipment fees.

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

Your are able to to send the item back to us withing 14 days after you received your order. Please get in contact with us and you will get further information about the return address. Please always say your order number in the Email so we can process your inquiry as fast as possible. The costs of the return have to be beared from the customer themself.

Which size is the correct size?

All our sizes are stated in US-Sizes. To transfer the US sizes in i.e. EU-Sizes please visit the product and check the “Size Guide”. At the end of it you will find a Size Conversion Chart which let you convert the US-Sizes in the size where you are from.

Every product has an individual size chart?

If you check the Size Guide on the product you will see always different measurements for every product. We want to give our customers the best possibilities to choose the right size.

We highly recommend to compare the measurements from the Size Guide with your own measurements before ordering.

Are these Women or Men Sizes?

Most clothes are of courese for women sizes. But don’t worry if you are a man the most sweaters and shirts are gender neutral. That means that, whether you are a man or a woman, if you check your measurements you should be able to find the right size for you.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number in the Email. Mostly you have time to change the address after ordering for 1-2 days.
