Shipping Time

The shipping time worldwide is round about 15-25 days. For a more specific estimation for your country, please look at the table down below.

After we receive your order, your order is under processing for 3-7 business days. Once we processed it, it will get marked as completed and you will receive your tracking number.

From that point the actual shipping time is starting.

Shipping Cost & Packaging

We are able to offer you free shipping once you reached an order value over 60 USD. If your order value is below $60 you have to pay additional $7 for shipping.

All items of you order will be shipped in one package. In some rare special case it might be shipped separately. In this case you will receive two separate tracking numbers as well.

Not shippable countries

Sadly we are not able to deliver to reasonable prices to Reunion, Nepal & Bahrain.


You will receive the tracking number via Email after you placed your order within 3-7 days. Please check the tracking status continuously, so that you don’t miss out to accept your package – to help you to stay up to date with your order status, we’re providing you with Email-tracking-notifications*. You can enter your tracking information right here.

My package got returned

All shipments that return to our warehouse because incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts (i.e. the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent. When we are receiving undeliverable shipments, we will notify the customer via Email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipment’s incur handling fees plus reshipment fees.

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

Your are able to to send the item back to us within 30 days after you received your items. Please get in contact with us and you will get further information about the return address. Please always provide your order number in the email so we can process your inquiry as fast as possible.

The shipping costs of the return or exchange to our warehouse in China have to be beared from the customer themself.

What about customs duty?

We’re not able and will not bear the cost of import taxes that might occur depending on your country.

We’re doing our best to prevent customs duty, but be aware that we’re shipping from a warehouse in China and therefore customs duty might occur.

Which size is the correct size?

All our sizes are stated in US-Sizes. To transfer the US sizes in i.e. EU-Sizes (or Australian, UK. etc) please visit the product page and check the “Size Guide”. At the end of it you will find a Size Conversion Chart which let you convert the US-Sizes in the size from your country.

Every product has an individual size chart?

If you check the Size Guide on the product you will see always different measurements for every product. We want to give our customers the best possibilities to choose the right size.

We highly recommend to compare the measurements from the Size Guide with your own measurements before ordering.

Are these Women or Men Sizes?

Most clothes are women’s sizes. But don’t worry if you are a man the most sweaters and shirts are gender-neutral. That means that, whether you are a men or a women, if you check your measurements you should be able to find the right size for you.

Payment & Currency


The amount to pay will be charged in USD. If you live in a country with a different currency, your credit card or Paypal or your local Bank will transfer the money automatically in USD.

Credit Card/ Debit Card Payments

We support almost any kind of credit or debit card.  You can pay with any kind of  Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover or American Express.


Currently only for US-Customers: Pay in 4 Installments. Your initial payment will be only 25% & every 2 weeks you will get charged 25% of the total value.

Fees? There aren’t any. Is is interest free.

If this option is, even though your address is in the USA, not available, either way your order value is to low or you are not eligible from the point of view of Klarna.


PayPal is easy as you know it. We will bear all the handling fee’s for PayPal for you, so you don’t have to pay additional. And you benefit from the PayPal buyer protection as well.

Are The Clothes Original Brand Clothes?

The clothing we are offering, if not stated differently on the product page, are not the original clothing.

Since you probably know the original clothes are hella expensive we made it our mission to  provide similar-looking clothes that are affordable for everyone.

Can You Do The Outfit Of ..?

If you have an outfit request just reach out to us and maybe we are able to include it in our store 🙂
