Items in the “KPOP-Merch”-category are processed within 1-4 days. The shipping time for Merch-items is mostly between 15-25 days.

For all other products, in the category “KPOP Fashion” and KDrama Fashion” is the shipping time worldwide round about 15-25 days. For a more specific estimation look at the table down below. After we receive your order you will receive a tracking number within 3-7 days. From that point it takes additional 7-15 days. In some countries it is faster for example in Singapore.

KPOPFashion & KDrama Fashion: We are able to offer you free shipping once you reached an order value over 35 USD. If your order value is below $35 you have to pay additional $10 for shipping.

All items you order within these categories will be shipped in one package.

The items will be shipped in a secure carton box.

KPOP Merch: Because of a couple of reasons, it is possible for us to provide free shipping for all merch items.

It could happen that some items arrive in separated packages, but don’t worry you will receive separate tracking numbers as well.

The items are shipped wrapped in plastic.

There aren’t any. We are shipping worldwide 🙂

You will receive the tracking number via Email after you placed your order within 3-7 days. Please check the item status continuously, so that you don’t miss out to accept your package. You can see the tracking information right here. 

All shipments that return to our warehouse because incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts (i.e. the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent. When we are receiving undeliverable shipments, we will notify the customer via Email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipment’s incur handling fees plus reshipment fees.

Your are able to to send the item back to us withing 14 days after you received your order. Please get in contact with us and you will get further information about the return address. Please always say your order number in the Email so we can process your inquiry as fast as possible. The costs of the return have to be beared from the customer themself.

KPOP Fashion & Kdrama Fashion: All our sizes are stated in US-Sizes. To transfer the US sizes in i.e. EU-Sizes please visit the product and check the “Size Guide”. At the end of it you will find a Size Conversion Chart which let you convert the US-Sizes in the size where you are from.

KPOP Merch: The sizes are in Asian sizes. To convert it to US sizes please use the size conversion chart down below. The chart is on every product placed as well.

If you check the Size Guide on the product you will see always different measurements for every product. We want to give our customers the best possibilities to choose the right size.

We highly recommend to compare the measurements from the Size Guide with your own measurements before ordering.

Most clothes are of course for women sizes. But don’t worry if you are a man the most sweaters and shirts are gender neutral. That means that, whether you are a man or a woman, if you check your measurements you should be able to find the right size for you.

Your bank account will be charged in the currency you selected. Right now you have the option to choose between USD and EURO.

If you live in a country with a different currency, your credit card or Paypal or your local Bank will transfer the money in USD/EURO.

We support almost any kind of credit or debit card.  You can pay any kind of  Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

PayPal is easy as you know it. We will bear all the handling fee’s for PayPal for you, so you don’t have to pay additional. And you benefit from the PayPal buyer protection as well.

SOFORT commonly used by customers in Germany is a payment method to pay in EURO. It is also available for customers in Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain and Italy.

iDeal is also a payment method for paying in EURO. It can be used if you have a valid billing address in the Netherlands.
