Email Tracking Notifications

For every order, you will get email updates about the transit status of your package so that you can closely monitor the progress of your shipment. The tracking notification email will be sent to the email address you have provided upon placing the order. You may track your order on our tracking page or on the official website of 4PX, Yun Express, or China Post, whichever courier is handling your package.

You will receive an email on the following events:

  • Out for delivery
  • Available for pick up
  • Delivered
  • Delivery Exception
  • Failed delivery attempt
