I would like to cancel my order

If you change your mind, please contact us as early as possible — ideally within the first 1–3 days after placing your order. Our processing time takes 2 to 6 business days, so early notice gives us the best chance to stop the order before it’s handed off for shipping.

We accept cancellation requests as long as the parcel has not yet been forwarded to our logistics partner. However, please note that the attachment of the tracking number to your order may be delayed, as we process and ship orders in batches. This means your order may have already been shipped out even if the tracking number hasn’t been added to your order details yet. For this reason, we always verify with our team first before confirming any cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, we’re truly sorry — it can no longer be cancelled.

Preorder items (including official albums, Season’s Greetings, and Lightsticks) are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned under any circumstances. This is clearly noted on the product pages to help inform customers before checkout.
