I changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars because Fashion Chingu customer service was very quick in their reply to my refund and refunded me the full amount plus shipping within a day. But I want to leave my review: At the time of ordering this skirt the measurements of the skirt were not correct on the website. Online it said the length of the XL is 26.5 inches. It is only 17 inches. The skirt itself on the outside is constructed well but there is a strange little pair of like silk safety shorts poorly done on the inside with loose threads. I never would have bought it if I had known it was this short. I even asked customer service to confirm the length because on the model it looked shorter, and they said the length of the sizing chart was correct (which it wasn't). I ordered the skirt on May 27th, it did not come till June 20th (which is quite long even for shipping from China which I order from frequently. I just ordered an item from Tiktok shop coming from China and it took less than 10 days). I got an email saying they would send me a picture of the skirt to confirm the quality, and I never got that email. So, in summary their customer service is good but I was not impressed with the product or the shipping time.
