Probably one of the cutest lines in a Kdrama. If you don’t know what it means, it’s the Kim Bok Joo way of getting her crushes attention (by asking if he likes Messi). 😀
Today you get a special post from me! Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo is one of my favourite KDrama and I am glad to write this post today for you. 🙂
The KDrama has such a simple but awesome executed plotline. The supporting characters and the main characters harmony is just perfect. I love the focus on the friendships in this drama. Even the main characters are really good friends for a while before they start going out.
Kim Bok Joos character was so well played and scripted that I could really feel her pain when she was unhappy or happy. Of course, the drama had a lot of iconic and remarkable clothes and that’s why we’re all here! 😀 Getting some Kim Bok Joo and Nam Jo Hyuk into our closets. 😀
So here are the most iconic Kim Bok Joo outfits. 🙂
First of all the popular Bart Simpson Sweater with the yellow attached arms. In one of the overwhelming scenes in Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo. When Jun Joon Hyung snuck into Bok Joos room because he thought she was sick but actually she had a big pimple and didn’t want him to see it. While arguing those two got a little to close and you know what happened right? ..Yes like in a typical romantic scene in a KDrama.. the roommate went in.
Next, I got the Pink Hoodie that Bok Joo wears when she and Joon Hyung cheer each other up while getting closer to each other emotionally. 🙂 She looks really cute and comfy in the Hoodie. Perfect for the upcoming Fall season.
Next, I got you the iconic Kim Bok Joo yellow striped sweater. I think this is one of the sweaters that really suits her character. It is bright with stripes and looks cute and fashionable. I would love to study in the library wearing this sweater with the arms hidden in the sleeves and be all cosy. 🙂 I really like the fact that especially in this KDrama the fashion is really suiting to the weather. It’s not like in other dramas where the female lead wears sexy revealing clothing and a thin fashionable coat in the deep winter.
The next is one of my favourite Kim Bok Joo fashion-piece. She wears a blue cardigan when she and Joon Hyung promised to watch a movie together. Also, she wears a white Hoodie underneath the cardigan with the inscription “My Youth” on it. The combination looks so pretty on Lee Sung Kyung.
As a bonus I added Kim Bok Joos Canvas Bag which is really popular in Korea. The Bag was also featured in the KDrama “My ID is Gangnam Beauty“. It’s a cute Canvas Bag to go shopping or to school or college.

What about the coats? I love that as poor as she is, KBJ had a million coats. I am especially interested in the long, spring green puffer coat she was wearing. Thanks!
