In transit delay tracking update

If you notice that your package’s tracking update says “In transit delay” and it’s been a while since the last update, we recommend first determining your local tracking number. Once you now have your local tracking number, please contact your local courier to try and get a direct update from them about your package’s transit status.

We cannot foresee when this incident will happen but based on some of our customer’s experience, the common reason for this situation is caused by a backlog in the cargo terminal at the ports, causing the delay in customs clearance and transshipment processes.

If you need more assistance with the issue, please reach out to our support team and we will gladly help you out.
